Of critical importance to Atlas is, understanding our customers’ requirements such as product quality, responsiveness, lead time, reliability and of course pricing. To achieve this, we have in place a strong management team with significant local and international experience to deliver quality products to our customers.

At Atlas our labaratory is well resourced with several test instruments to measure various product quality parameters.
Our quality assurance procedures ensure that we produce excellent end products and maintain our standard from procurement of raw materials to dispatch of finished goods; this in turn boosts customer confidence in our products and allows us to be recognised in the industry as a reliable and quality manufacturer.
Capability
After product analysis full test reports are available.
For custom built components we provide FAI analysis and reporting.
Quality parameters are tested both In-line during production and offline. Production defects are identified inline and corrected.
Capacity to carry out full inspection is also avaialble.
Standards
Dedicated to offering excellent quality products at a reasonable price, at Atlas we see the need to continuously invest in improving our quality and customer service. To achieve this we have concentrated on implementing industry best practices such as ISO 22716:2007 (GMP for cosmetics) and ISO 9001:2008 for Quality Management System.
Together with our internal auditing process we have ensured continious improvement of our quality system.
